About this piece

At 7.5 inches tall this is one of the more substantial chambersticks in our collection, a piece with real presence on a mantelpiece, sideboard, or dining table. The proportions are good: a wide enough base to catch drips, a comfortable handle, and a height that makes it visible without overwhelming. The natural brass patina has deepened beautifully with age.

Condition

Good antique condition. Natural brass patina consistent with age. Structurally sound.

Care & display

Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Polish occasionally with a brass cleaner if desired, though the natural patina that develops with age is part of the piece’s character and many prefer to leave it. Keep dry between uses.
