We love olive wood, it's been a revered material for centuries and renowned for its durability, strength, and versatility. Beyond it's obviously unique and beautiful appearance, the tight grain of olive wood makes it resilient to liquids, odours and bacteria making it food safe and perfect for the kitchen. Harvested from pruned branches or trees at the end of their fruit-bearing life cycle, olive wood represents a renewable resource that minimizes waste and environmental impact. 

Maintenance: 
Clean under running water (never in dishwasher) and rub with a little olive oil from time to time, then the olive wood will retain its warmth and powerful grain.
