Description
A stoneware loaf pan — for sandwich bread, banana bread, meatloaf, country pâté. Heavy walls give the bottom and edges of the loaf a crust that's hard to get from a thin metal pan. The interior is sized to the standard American loaf.

To be honest, we use ours for everything but pickling. Our Christmas tree sits in one in December, we keep flour and dry goods in them on the counter, one serves as a utensil pot, many live as plant pots, and we have one by the door as an umbrella stand.
