Description
The larger of our natural-edge boards — generous enough to handle a serious cheese platter, a whole side of salmon for guests, or all the prep for a Sunday roast. Cut to follow the natural shape of the wood.

Why it's here: Olive wood is one of our favourite materials in the kitchen and dining room. The tight grain makes it tough and naturally resilient to bacteria, not to mention beautiful — every piece is unique and handmade, with patterning that runs differently through each cut. We source ours from European olive trees whose branches are pruned each year as part of the agricultural cycle of harvesting olives, which makes it one of the most sustainable hardwoods you can put in a kitchen.
What you're getting: One extra-large natural-edge olive wood cutting board.
Care: Do not put in the dishwasher. Hand wash only. If the wood starts to look dry, rub a little olive oil into the grain with a paper or cotton towel — the lustre will come right back.
