14oz clover honey made by Bill Ballard in Roxbury New York. In contrast to clover honey, wildflower honey has a more potent and complex flavor profile without being overpowering, with floral, earthy, and occasionally fruity notes.

Bill is a third generation honey maker with hives in Schoharie county New York and a no nonsense approach to honey making. He just makes good honey, and that's what counts.
