Started as an agricultural cider press back in 1942, and in operation continuously until 1999. The mill is not only home to a rich history but also a vessel for many fond memories - we're looking to bring many of them back to life. Here's what we're planning.

COUNTRY STORE

selling select fresh produce, local provisions as well other specialties like teas, coffee, hard candy, and of course apple cider doughnuts.

TEA ROOM

Don't be fooled by the name. Where we come from tea rooms aren't pretentious. We'll serve simple, delicious food and drink served in the charming environment of the mill and the riverside garden. Think teas, coffee and of course apple cider paired with sandwiches, pie, cakes, ice cream and more.

WORKING CIDER PRESSS

The press will run again! we hope to be making sweet apple cider in the same tradition of the past 80 years. Right now our plan is just to produce sweet apple cider in multiple varieties - from different apple blends, to spiced cider and possibly a sparkling.

Built as an agricultural barn in the 1800s by the Ebert family for livestock and hay storage. The barn is huge, spanning three floors and over 8,000 square feet. It was never open to the public before, but we're looking to change that.

HOME GOODS STORE

We'll be selling everything for the home - from door knobs to dining tables, cast iron pans to cutlery, and sheepskins to shoe brushes.. Displayed in an environment that feels like home and organised by rooms in the house we aim to deliver quality products in a unique environment.

GARDEN STORE

No home is complete without a garden - and we're here for that. We'll carry a full range of tools for the garden - from trowels to twine, and seeds to sun chairs.

WOOD SHOP

Commercial wood shop where we'll build custom furniture for the shop and power our builds.

DESIGN STUDIO

Housed in the top of the barn this will be the creative engine for all our work.
