There's something magical with this piece of land. It could be how the land welcomes you in through the carefully spread out leaf trees and the fern filled covered ground, taking you into the deeper evergreen forest with a floor of pine needles and the occasional fern living of the sunlight spreading through the trees.

While we vetted the land we spent many hours here and took note of how quiet and peaceful it is. There are rarely any cars passing by and the only sound we could hear was birdsong and the wind rustling through the trees.

The proposed build site is hidden behind bushes and trees but not too far away from the road avoiding the need of a long driveway yet feeling private. With the road on the north side of the property, the sun will travel alongside the backside of the house over the day with the sun setting into the primary bedroom.
